Room Assignment Process
ROOM ASSIGNMENTS FOR NEW STUDENTS
New Students begin the room reservation process by completing the Housing
Contract and roommate information sheet provided to all new students.
Room assignments and roommate matching for new students will begin in
May and assignments will be mailed to students during the summer. It
is strongly recommended that housing contracts be received before May
1st for priority assignment.

FOR CURRENT STUDENTS
Room selection occurs each Spring for currently enrolled students. Employing
a point system, the process rewards students with a higher class standing
and involvement in Residence Life. Requests for a special building,
room and/or roommate are honored if space is available. Students not
currently living on campus must pay a housing deposit prior to signing
up for a room. Students must pre-register for the fall semester to be
eligible to reserve a room.
