Todd has been working as the Director of Residence Life at Mars Hill since the summer of 2005. He received his Batchelor’s degree in Psychology from Davidson College in 1990 and his Masters of Education degree in Student Services from Oregon State University in 1998. Todd believes in empowering students to make their own decisions and wants every student to have a positive experience living on campus. He believes in peace, love, and happiness and in his spare time loves to travel, take photographs, and play ultimate Frisbee.
