Heritage Comes Home
Mars Hill College’s Ramsey Center for Regional Studies, in partnership with the Madison County Arts Council, presents “Heritage Comes Home,” a one-night-only concert featuring Bryan Sutton, Jerry Douglas, Tim O’Brien, Dennis Crouch, and Casey Driessen. The concert will benefit the Bascom Lamar Lunsford Collection and the Southern Appalachian Archives in the Ramsey Center’s efforts to preserve the rich musical culture of Madison County.
It will take place Sunday, May 20, 2012 at 7 p.m. on the Mars Hill College campus. Tickets are $30 (general admission) and $100 (patrons—special seating and a reception following the concert with the musicians).

Concert proceeds will match a challenge grant from the National Endowment for Humanities for the preservation of these special Archives.
