Bailey Mountain Cloggers Host Annual Auction
The Bailey Mountain Cloggers, Mars Hill College’s national champion dance team will hold its annual silent auction and performance on this Friday, November 11, in Moore Auditorium on the college campus.
Bidding on a variety of valuable items, including works from local artists, beach condo vacations, cabin trips, spa packages, restaurant certificates and much more, will begin at 4 pm in the lobby of Moore Auditorium.
The performance, featuring some of the cloggers’ latest award-winning routines, will begin at 6 pm. There will be an opportunity for last minute bids, as well as chili and other refreshments, during intermission.
Cost for the performance is $5; it is free for MHC students, faculty and staff. Proceeds from the auction will help the Bailey Mountain Cloggers with the expenses of travel and competition.
