The Madison County Rotary Club presents three rides on July 10, 2010

HOT DOGGETT REGISTRATION

Standard (Single riders at normal non-discounted fees of $35 if postmarked by June15 and $45 after June 15):

Register and pay online:

Register and pay by mail:

Please print and complete one registration form per rider and send together with your payment ($35 if postmarked by June 15, or $45 after June 15) to the address below.

Register and pay at the event:

The registration table will be open after 3:00 P.M. on Friday July 10th and after 6:00 A.M on the day of the ride at the Mars Hill College student union on Athletic St.

Non-standard (all non-standard registrations will be by mail):

Riders bringing two or more new riders (includes their own registration as free):

Please print and complete one registration form for each rider, including yourself. Send all the forms together with a note requesting your free registration and payment for the new riders ($35 if postmarked by June 15, $45 after June 15) to the address below.

In order to qualify for the free registration, all forms and payments must be included in the same envelope. Remember that at least two riders must be new to our event.

Riders requesting the student discount. ($20, discounted fee):

Please print and complete one registration form, checking the student box, and send together with a photocopy of your student ID and payment of $20 to the address below.

Families participating in the Country Roads Family Ride to Health:

Please print and complete one registration form, for each rider, checking the family rate box, and send all forms together with your payment for $40 to the address below.

Riders wanting to take advantage of their company's matching gift program:

Individual riders wanting to ride the Country Roads Family Ride To Health:

Three Courses (100 miles, 100 kilometers, Country Roads Family Ride to Health)
Closed loop courses (you end up where you started)

Climbing (9600 feet of it) is well dispersed. (6200 feet for the Metric Century)

* Every attempt will be made to ensure all riders receive a commemorative t-shirt on the day of the event. You're encouraged to pre-register (by June 15) in order to guarantee that you will get a t-shirt in your preferred size. For registrations after June 15, there may be a small mailing fee in the unlikely event that supplies run out.
