Giving Through a Matching Gifts Program
Many companies match their employees’ gifts to their alma mater. You may be able to double or even triple your gift if you (or your spouse) work for a company that matches gifts to higher education. This benefit is often extended to retired employees as well. Check with your company’s human resources department or click here to see if there is a match gift program and to obtain the necessary forms.
Giving Through Automatic Bank Draft
MHC can automatically withdraw your monthly gifts directly from a checking or savings account by your registration for our Automatic Bank Draft program. If you are interested in this program please mail a voided check to:

Giving Stocks or Other Property
You may donate gifts of individual stocks, bonds, or shares of mutual funds, as well as real estate or other real property. Please contact your financial advisor or the Office for Institutional Advancement at (828) 689-1102 for information regarding transfers of stock or other types of property.
Planned Giving
In many instances, these types of gifts can provide significant long-term benefit to the college while providing donors with a current income stream. Planned gifts include naming Mars Hill College in your will, creating a charitable remainder trust with the college as a beneficiary, establishing a charitable gift annuity, or assigning a life insurance policy.
