English majors have many opportunities to earn college credit through internships. Recent MHC English majors have interned with the Asheville Citizen-Times and other local news outlets, Mountain Literary Festivals, law firms, medical offices, and a variety of other businesses that offer them opportunities to learn skills relevant to their majors and future career goals.
