Automatic Bank draft
Automatic Bank Draft will save you time and money! Just
a reminder that the advancement office has the ability to set up recurring
gifts/pledges from the account of your choice. And best of all, this service
is free of charge.
MHC can automatically withdraw your monthly gifts directly from a checking
or savings account by your registration for our Automatic Bank Draft program.
Here's what we need:
1.) Mail us a voided check from the account of your choice or simply contact
us by email
with your full name, routing number, account number, and financial institution.

2.) Amount of pledge - $5, $10, $25, $50 or more! Remember it's about
giving and not about the amount...every gift will have an impact on the
college.
3.) Fund to be credited - a few examples are: Annual Fund, Capital Campaign,
Athletics, etc. Please let us know if you have a preference for where
your gift will be credited.
*Please include a start and end date
for your pledge so that we know when to stop the automatic drafts from
being debited from your account. If your gift will be open-ended please
indicate that in the email.
